One response to “Week of Grace: Crisis Management”

  1. One of the best pieces of advice that I received was to ask myself in the midst of a perceived crisis, “what is the worst that could happen?”. Posing that question helped to put things in perspective and press the reset button. Most situations are not really crisis-worthy. Barring natural disasters, or perhaps sudden losses such as the death of a loved one most situations in our lives can be resolved. Person who shared that advice with me was a therapist I worked with many years ago. I have been fortunate to be able to help others by passing it on.
