FREE Group Workouts
Scenic outdoor workouts meet at various North County beaches, hills, and trails. Walkers and runners of all levels are welcome. Wear appropriate shoes and sunscreen. Bring water and your watch. Workouts focus on cardiovascular exercise, general fitness, weight management, posture, and core strength.
Group Fitness Training
Small to large group fitness training with open drop-in. Workouts are adjusted for your level of fitness. Objectives are to improve general fitness, body composition, posture, core strength, balance, and flexibility.
These are customized workouts with no more than 4 regular clients at a time. Programs can be tailored for specific fitness goals, such as weight loss, muscle gain, or post-rehab strengthening.
Private Personal Training – By Appointment
These are customized 1-to-1, couples, family, or group workouts with a personal trainer. Sessions can be conducted at the studio, in-home, outdoors, or at your work. Private training is recommended if you have conditions or circumstances where safety or privacy is a high priority. The cost per session will depend on your goals, needs, and current promotions.
