One response to “Week of Grace: Back to Basics”
I am grateful that I learned how to run and enjoy running. All the time I was growing up, I hated running. It hurt, and I hated being sweaty and smelly. Most of all, I felt no good at it. I started running in 2005 with a client, and then I kept it up because it was the only exercise that shrunk my potbelly. And then, one day maybe two years later, I realized I didn’t really hate it as much. Probably because I realized I wasn’t bad at it. And then some time after that, I realized I finally liked running.
