I was looking for a few patriotic quotes for the 4th of July, and I especially liked these:

These are obviously perfect for Independence Day, but I think they can also inspire you every day, year-round. Just think of “freedom” in terms of “freedom from regrets” or “freedom to be your best”, and maybe these quotes will motivate you towards a healthy, active lifestyle.
