5K (3.1-mile) road course in North County San Diego. Starts at San Diego Premier Training in Carlsbad and features a killer hill up Alicante.

Meet at: San Diego Premier Training, 6451 El Camino Real, Suite B2, Carlsbad, CA 92009

Warmup: Head SOUTH on El Camino Real to Cassia, then cross El Camino Real at Cassia.

Timed 5K (3.1 mile) course:

• START TIMING at Cassia and head SOUTH on El Camino Real
• LEFT (EAST) on Poinsettia
• LEFT (NORTH) on Alicante
• LEFT (WEST) on Gateway
• LEFT (SOUTH) on El Camino Real
• STOP TIMING at Cassia

Cool down: Cross street at Cassia, and return to San Diego Premier Training.
